The questions we hear most before someone signs up
Real answers on how everything works, which devices are covered, and what to expect after you order.
What is IPTV, exactly?
What is America IPTV?
America IPTV is a streaming subscription centered on American live TV and on-demand titles, sent over the internet rather than through cable or satellite hardware. Pick a compatible player app for whatever device you already have, and resolution scales up to 4K depending on your plan, that device, and what the original content actually supports.
Does America IPTV cover local US channels and sports?
Yes. The channel lineup spans major US networks, 24/7 news, and sports coverage alongside international and entertainment channels, all included in every plan — there is no separate "sports package" upsell.
4K streaming quality
Is 4K available on absolutely everything?
Only where the original source was actually shot and broadcast in 4K. Older programs or channels that never had a 4K master stay at their native resolution no matter what streams them.
How fast does my connection need to be?
A sustained 25 Mbps download is the working minimum for stable 4K, and a wired Ethernet connection holds up better than Wi-Fi once 4K is involved.
Subscription plans
What do the subscription plans cost?
Four plan lengths: 1 Month ($14.99), 3 Months ($34.99), 6 Months ($54.99), and 12 Months ($79.99). Every plan includes the same full channel and VOD catalog — longer terms just lower the effective monthly price.
24-hour trial
What does the 24-hour trial include?
The 24-hour trial costs $1.00 and gives you 24 hours of full access, so you can test channel availability, streaming quality, and device compatibility on your own internet connection before committing to a longer plan.
Device compatibility
What devices does it work on?
Any Smart TV, Android TV or Google TV box, Amazon Fire TV or Firestick, Android phone or tablet, iPhone, iPad, Windows PC, or Mac — each one just needs a compatible player app installed. Device-by-device instructions are on the Setup Guide.
Playlist formats & multi-device use
Which login formats work with your service?
Both an M3U playlist link and an Xtream Codes-style login (username, password, server URL) are supported, which covers nearly any compatible IPTV player app on any device we list.
Does the channel guide (EPG) set itself up?
In most player apps, yes — the guide builds itself from your playlist automatically. When it does not, look in that app's settings for a manual EPG URL field; the Setup Guide walks through it.
Can two people share one subscription across devices?
Each plan covers a single active device at a time. Reach out before subscribing if simultaneous multi-device access is what you actually need — it is worth discussing up front.
Setup & activation
How do I get started?
Pick a plan, or the 24-hour trial if you would rather test first. Activation details land in your inbox shortly after, and a compatible player app is all you need to load them into and start watching.
Internet requirements
How much data does streaming actually use?
More than you might expect, especially in 4K — noticeably heavier than browsing or SD video. Worth factoring in if your home internet plan has a data cap.
Billing questions
Will I get billed again without asking for it?
Not unless you specifically opted into a recurring charge at checkout. Otherwise your access simply ends when the paid term is up.
Refunds
Where are the actual refund terms?
The Refund Policy page has the full breakdown for both the trial and every subscription length — worth reading before, not after, a purchase.
Troubleshooting
Streaming keeps stalling out — where do I start?
Start with your internet connection itself, then work through the full troubleshooting checklist on the Setup Guide if that is not the culprit.
Contacting support
How do I reach support?
Use the contact form for setup help, billing questions, or anything trial or subscription related. Every message reaches an actual person, not an automated queue.
