Terms of Use

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Using this service means accepting these terms

Requesting a trial, placing an order, or watching through America IPTV confirms that you agree to the terms below.

The service

America IPTV provides an IPTV subscription: live channels and on-demand titles delivered over the internet, watched through a compatible player app on your own device. Every plan length includes the same catalog.

Access details

We send your login by email. It is for you and your household only, and you are responsible for keeping it confidential.

What is not allowed

The subscription is for private, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Use the service in breach of applicable law
• Try to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Share your login outside your household
• Resell, redistribute, or rebroadcast the service

Billing

You pay the price listed on the pricing page at the time of your order, through a secure emailed payment link. Nothing renews on its own unless you decide to order again.

About the Free 24-Hour Trial

The trial costs nothing, is limited to one per customer, and simply stops when the time is up. More on the trial page.

Availability

We work to keep the service stable, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Quality also depends on your connection, device, and network conditions.

Ending access

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches, such as reselling or publicly sharing a login.

Limitation of liability

Where the law permits, America IPTV accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss connected with the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable where the service is operated.
